Dedicated website to documenting local birds and trends. Aiming to raise environmental & societal awareness as well as knowledge for birds through photography and blog posts.
It all started a few years ago when I first spotted a bald headed Blue Jay in my backyard, so ugly yet at the same time so freakishly cute. I was totally hooked ever since, not just on Blue Jays but enamored with all kinds of birds passing through my backyard singing every season. Red cardinals, robins, woodpeckers, sparrows, finches, hummingbirds, hawks, crows, chickadees, even wild turkeys. I decided to document this, with my camera and this website, to share what a wonderful world it is when we all can enjoy the chirping birds, rustling leaves, and some gentle breeze.
I have taken over 200 photos of birds from all over the country, some of which I spent more than an hour to get a clear shot of, and this website features some of these pictures along with blogs detailing different facts pertaining to these birds.
